Star of the Week

Beginning in October  each student will be recognized as the Star of the Week.  This special activity allows us to get to know each other and celebrate our individuality. The Star of the Week will bring in a small poster containing a few of their favorite photos of family, friends, vacations, pets or anything that they would like to share with the class.

Please help your child fill out the attached "My Favorite Things" paper and place it on the poster.

The Star of the Week may also have family members, pets or special people in their lives, visit our classroom to talk to the class about their jobs, share a hobby or talent, or read a book to the children, The afternoon would be the best time to visit our classroom, but if your schedule does not permit that, we are flexible. The children enjoy having family members visit!
