BLOCS Application Instructions
The BLOCS Application form is a state-of-the-art PDF, and may be utilized in several ways.

- Posted on our website under the “Information” button / Forms
- Distributed as a hard copy
Instructions for completion of electronic form
- Complete the Student Aid Form PDF directly on your computer screen by placing the cursor at the appropriate fields and typing in the information.
- Print the completed document and save it to your computer for your records (if you are running Acrobat 7 or higher).
- Select the pages you would like to print under the “Print Range” section and preview every page under the “Preview Composite” section by moving the sliding bar beneath the image.
Printing the file
- Click on the File
- Select Print
- At the bottom of the print window is an option called “Print What”
- Change this option from “Document” – to – “Document and Comments”
- The PDF should print correctly.
Mailing the application
- Enclose the processing fee and mail it to the address listed on the application cover sheet.
