BLOCS – Business Leaders Organized for Catholic Schools – www.BLOCS.org helps many families throughout the Archdiocese (including those at St. Luke’s) to provide a Catholic Education for their children. BLOCS is a qualified scholarship organization which receives funding in part through the Pennsylvania State Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program.

- Families of students enrolling in grades Pre-K through 12 in a participating Catholic School
- Family must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Families CANNOT exceed PA Household Maximum Income Guidelines as follows:

Please Note: Meeting EITC Income Guidelines does not guarantee an award. Awards are granted based on the funding available and the family’s financial ranking among all qualified applicants. BLOCS continues to try to assist more families each year, but the pool of applications far outweighs the funds available, therefore prudent judgment must be used before applying. This form must be postmarked no later than April 16, 2012, and a $19 fee is required. Visit www.BLOCS.org for application and information. Grants are typically awarded by August.
Please contact Beth Stieritz at Development@StLukeRC.org or 215-572-0129 for questions or assistance.
